What is MomFit

  • MomFit is a fitness class for women who are pregnant, postpartum or even veteran mom's looking to get fit. Our classes are strength based with a focus on core and pelvic floor connection and overall strengthening.

  • Children of all ages are welcome to come to class with you and toddler aged children are welcome to join in our preschool fitness class, which runs at the same time on the other side of the gym. That way your child can always see you and you both get to burn some energy!

Meet your Coach

Sarah Fasciani has been coaching since 2010, she is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, and certified CrossFit Level 2 Coach.

Having two little girls ages 3 & 2 years old, she is no stranger to motherhood, postpartum recovery, and staying fit through it all. Sarah is excited to help other moms regain their health, build confidence and reach their individual goals!

 When is it safe to return to working out?

Ask your doctor for their specific recommendations, but the general guideline is 6 weeks postpartum.

 I never worked out before/during pregnancy, is this still for me?

Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level and where you're in your postpartum journey.

 Do I have to bring my child?

Craving a little dedicated mom time? You can absolutely come solo.

 When are classes held?

Monday and Wednesday

10:00-11:00 AM

 What is the baby age range?

Babies should be anywhere from 6-8 weeks and up! This is designed for all stages of mama hood.

 Can my child come to class?

Yes! This is designed as a "Mommy and Me" class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout. We also have a toddler aged fitness class going on at the same time on the other side of the gym so both you and you little ones can burn some energy!

  What if my child is upset during class?

That's the beauty of an all-moms class; we understand blowouts happen, and children need to be fed, held or talked to. Tend to your little one and hop right back into the workout!

Do I need Fitness Experience?

No experience is needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!
